community terms
this is an invite-only beta, so these pages may change as it grows. questions: [email protected].
- the deal. the community is a free, invite-only beta run by numptr. it may change, break or close. we'll give notice where we can.
- your account. you must be 18+, give a real email and keep your sign-in to yourself. one account per person.
- your content. you own what you post. you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, and adapt it (e.g. resize, excerpt in the weekly or on tool pages) to run and promote numptr. the licence ends when you delete it, except copies already sent in emails or held in backups for up to [30 days].
- what you promise. you have the right to post it, it's honest, and it follows the house rules.
- costs and claims are the builder's. costs, stacks and opinions in builds are reported by builders and not checked by us. community likes and "built with" counts are kept apart from numptr's editorial rankings and never change them.
- moderation. we can hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety says otherwise. appeals: [email protected].
- links. links posted by users are theirs; we mark them so search engines know that. we aren't responsible for what's on the other end.
- liability. provided as is. nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
