house rules
this is an invite-only beta, so these pages may change as it grows. questions: [email protected].
short version: say what you think, swear if you like, and don't be a bigot. longer version:

- swearing. builds break and sometimes only a swear will do. there's no swear filter and nobody gets told off for language on its own.
- strong opinions. "this stack is a money pit" is a review, not abuse. slag off the tool, the pricing or the idea all you like.
- banter. taking the mick is fine when everyone's in on it. if they've asked you to stop, it's stopped being banter.
not fine: report it, we take it down, and we ban
- hate. no racism, no slurs, and nothing attacking or demeaning people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. that includes "jokes", dog whistles and hateful symbols. first time is a ban.
- threats and violence. no threatening anyone, no wishing harm on people, no cheering on violence. first time is a ban.
- harassment. no targeted abuse, pile-ons, stalking someone across builds, or sending your mates after someone. disagree with the build, not the builder.
- private info. no posting anyone's home address, phone number, private emails, ID, money details or photos of them without their say-so. not even "publicly available" stuff gathered up to have a go at someone. first time is a ban.
- children. nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever. we remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
- illegal stuff. no fraud, scams, malware, phishing, selling illegal goods, or posting other people's work you don't have the rights to.
- spam and rigging. post real builds you made or are making. no ads dressed up as builds, no affiliate-link farms, no sockpuppets, like rings or bought votes. one account each. likes don't touch numptr's rankings anyway.
- impersonation. don't pretend to be another person, brand or the numptr team. parody's fine if it's obvious. tool makers are welcome, but say who you work for.
how it works
hit report on any build, chat message or profile and pick what's wrong. a human looks at the queue at least once a day. swearing, opinions and banter on their own get left up. for hate, threats, private info and anything involving children, the post comes down and the account's banned, first time, no warnings. for the rest we take it down, and ban for anything serious or anyone who keeps at it. first builds from new accounts get a look before they go public, and costs should be honest: rough is fine, made up isn't.
